Common problems
A cracked screen is the most common repair that walks through the door, and usually the most straightforward — a replacement display, fitted by hand, without sending the phone off anywhere.
A phone that won’t charge is more often a worn or lint-packed charging port than a failed battery. It gets diagnosed before parts get replaced, so you’re not paying for the wrong fix.
Water damage is time-sensitive. The sooner it comes in after a spill or a drop in water, the better the odds of a full recovery — cleaning the board before corrosion sets into the connections.
